TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Promotion valid from launch Thursday 2nd July 9am until Friday 3rd July 9am AEST, 2026, or while gift stocks last, whichever occurs first.
  • Strictly limited to 100 units of each gift.
  • Spend $150 or more on eligible Jellycat products in a single transaction to receive one FREE Jellycat Amuseables Cherry.
  • Spend $250 or more on eligible Jellycat products in a single transaction to receive one FREE Jellycat Pinchsnaps Crab.
  • Only one gift can be redeemed per transaction. Purchases cannot qualify for both gifts in the same order.
  • Free gifts are automatically added to eligible carts. If the gift is not added before checkout, it has sold out or the order does not meet the promotion requirements.
  • No rain checks, backorders or substitutions will be offered once gifts have been exhausted.
  • Offer available while stocks last and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
  • Offer is available both online and in-store, subject to availability.
  • Offer is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable for another product.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our standard Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If returning an order for a refund, the entire order, including the free gift, must be returned. If the free gift is not returned, the items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Exchanges are welcome within our standard 30-day returns policy, provided the exchanged items are of equal or greater value and any price difference is paid.
  • This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your entitlement to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Where is the promotion available?

This promotion is available online and at participating Active Baby Co. stores. All products and promotional gifts are subject to availability while stocks last.

Can I spend $150 - $250 on any products to receive the free Jellycat?

To be eligible for this promotion, customers must meet the minimum spend requirement on Jellycat products only in a single transaction. Purchases of non-Jellycat products do not contribute towards the minimum spend threshold.

Can I use my rewards points during the promotion?

ABC Rewards points may be redeemed on eligible purchases during this promotion. However, the order total after any rewards, discounts or promotional codes have been applied must still meet the minimum qualifying spend ($150 or $250) to remain eligible for the free gift.

Customers will earn ABC Rewards points on eligible Jellycat purchases made during the promotion. Rewards points are not earned on the value of the complimentary gift.

Can I click n collect my order?

Yes, you can place a Click & Collect order during the sale. Please ensure all items are in stock at your selected location—otherwise, your order will need to be shipped.

When will my order ship?

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. However, please allow for slight delays during sale periods. We offer an express option to help speed up the delivery time once it has been dispatched.
