When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days from our warehouse (although please expect delays during new product launches and sale events). We have express post options as well if you need things in a hurry. Click here for more info on delivery & shipping.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Afterpay, Paypal.

Do you have Click and Collect options available?

Yes, if you prefer to pick up your order in-store, we offer a Click and Collect option at checkout. Orders available for pick up within 24 hours, if stock is coming from another outlet please allow 2-5 Business days for your order to be ready for collection.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We certainly do. You can find them here.

How can we know about promotions?

The best way to stay on top of our latest offers and new releases is to sign up to our newsletter or follow us on socials.

Can I be notifed when an item is back in-stock?

You can opt in to be notified when an out-of-stock item is restocked. Simply click the “Notify me when back in stock” button on the product page of the item you’re interested in. Once the product is restocked, you’ll receive an email and/or text notification.

What is the Jellycat Coming Soon page and how does it work?

Our Coming Soon page shows Jellycat styles that we expect to receive in future shipments.

Because Jellycat stock arrives to us unpredictably and without confirmed arrival times, we:

  • Can’t provide exact dates for when specific Coming Soon items will arrive.
  • Update the page as soon as we have confirmation on new stock.
  • Recommend checking the New Arrivals page regularly — that’s where items go once they’ve landed with us.
  • Encourage you to use the “Notify me when back in stock” button on any product page — that way you’ll get an alert as soon as it’s available.

The Coming Soon page is there to give you a heads-up — and signing up for notifications helps you be first to know when Jellycats land!
