This sale will not be available to shop in-store. It is an after hours event that is only available online.

What is excluded from the sale?

By Gee, Cubby Winter & archive stock will be the only exclusions from this sale. All excluded products will remain at full RRP.

What are the discounts for each brand?

Can I use my rewards points during the sale?

Can I click n collect my order?

Yes, you can place a Click & Collect order during the sale. Please ensure all items are in stock at your selected location—otherwise, your order will need to be shipped.

When will my order ship?

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. However, please allow for slight delays during sale periods. We offer an express option to help speed up the delivery time once it has been dispatched.

Will Country Road be included?

Country Road is not included in this sale event, as it is currently not available to purchase online. It is an in-store exclusive brand.

Is Jellycat Included in the sale?

Yes, all Jellycat products are included in the sale.
